Meditation for Supernatural Powers
Jan 14, 2020This is a very sacred meditation, known to be practiced by Egyptians.
Posture:
Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine.
Mudra:

Close the hands into fists with the thumbs pointing up.

Press the forearms together in front of the chest, from the elbows to the wrists and fists.

Lock the thumbs and hold them stiffly.
Drishti (eye focus):
Focus at the tip of the nose.
Breath:

Inhale deeply and slowly. Suspend the breath as long as possible.

Exhale completely in a long slow exhale. Suspend the breath out as long as possible.

Mentally vibrate the Aad Such mantra:Aad Sach, Jugaad Sach, Hai Bhee Sach, Naanak Hosee Bhee SachTrue in the beginningTrue throughout the agesTrue even nowNanak, truth shall ever beThis mantra helps remove blocks and gets you moving.
Duration:
Practice 5-11 minutes slowly building to 31 minutes.
Note: Your elbows may want to separate, your thumbs will want to be loose, your breath will revolt, and you are going to fight against every odd.
